Prior to our first session, we will connect over a call to learn more about you and your goals.

This initial meeting will provide me with a basis to prepare your personalized training program and first session. As I learn more about your personal fitness, health, and mind, I will create a weekly program for you that promises to guide you on your path to feeling your strongest self.

The program includes workouts for you to do on the days we do not train together.

Sessions are available in person (New York) or through zoom!
