Release & Invigorate
A movement class to get your blood flowing, heart rate up, and release energy. This flow will give you an opportunity to challenge your body’s strength and cardio all while preparing you for a great day.
Strengthen & Align
This class is focused on alignment during certain postures and exercises. A mid-tempo class that will challenge your strength through a mixture of weights and bodyweight. Focus on alignment and breath to movement is key to getting the most out of this class.
Lengthen & Tone
This is my main Pilates focused class. I guide you through low impact Pilates exercises that will leave you feeling strong and stretched. An intertwined class of stretching and strengthening with intention to help you feel empowered.
Ground & Reconnect
To ground and reconnect is essential for taking proper care of your body. I will guide you through a shorter series of pilates based exercises integrated with a high amount of stretching and breathwork.
